Mr. Nomans Nomen was invited to a talk show program. The host and Mr. Nomen were talking about how the growing number of half-fractured DDL humans in Japan would change the society. Two of them were KC Brain with his power to remove memories and Genji-kun, who created 'genji gowatt',  an incredibly powerful and stable magnetic energy. Deader Land intends to cooperate with police forces to monitor the crime. Black Oni Corps was developed to deal with human power abuse. Jagasaki and Yukimaru had seen the show in Yukimaru 's room. Jagasaki asked several questions about how Yukimaru gained its power from Deader Land. They finally sat in a kaitenzushi restaurant together and had a good meal.

Jagaaaaaan Manga Synopsis 

Shintarou Jagasaki, a neighborhood police officer, lives with his girlfriend while working in a job that gradually and annoyingly kills him. It looks like he'll soon end up marrying and living a dull life with a nuclear family — a grim future for a dreamy guy! One day, a mysterious creature did appear on the train, and suddenly, like Master Buppanatsu, the mascot of his town's eggplant, he could start firing with his right hand!
